Organization: Storing eyeshadow pigment samples

I just ordered a lot of eyeshadow pigment samples from The She Space (their pigment samples are only $0.50 and shipping is only $1.75). I didn't want to keep them in the ziploc bags they were shipped in, but I couldn't think of any other way to store them in. Dwana suggested that I use the little craft organizers- you know, the little containers that you can store craft beads in. So took my happy butt to Joann's and bought some. They were only $2.99 for a six pack. Great idea! Thanks Diva! Also, if you're into making your own lip glosses, these would be perfect for them as well.

Thanks for the tip Chica!! Now, I wouldn't be a cheap chica if I didn't ask. Did you use the 40% off coupon for Joanns??? Good idea about the lip glosses, too!

^^^ i didn't have a coupon on hand, and my printer's broken, so i couldn't print one out at the time.

I am lucky enough to have a Sephora in my local mall.
FYI, Sephora associaltes will always make you up to 3 samples per visit. They put them in little "pots" which I recycle for travel, my cosmetic bag, my gym bag, etc. ..... pots have a tight screw top.

.......Heard lots of lots of lots of complaints at my local Salvation Army this afternoon as they decided to drop the 50% Super Saturday deal. One lady said she buys for 37 "grands"; an entire family of 7 were distressed as they are on a fixed income and rely on the Army for their kids' wardrobe. On the other hand, a fellow shopper was showing me his "find" of the day,,,,, a $3.99 like new Waterford clock!!!!

Have a Happy Valentine's Week!

Hey Miss Diva!
I'm glad they worked out for you. They look great! I hope you didn't throw away the Ziploc the pigments were shipped in? The residue can be used once or twice.
Don't forget about the 3/4 inch white labels I got at Staples. I used them in this video:

I want to learn how to make lip balm...you've intrigued me...

Hi, great blog. A question, in the picture, is that more than one baggie of samples from theshespace.com in the container? (Just wondering what the size of the baggie samples are.)

Thanks!
